Aired weekly from October 12, 1990 to March 30, 1992

A weekly half hour drama series starring Rosemary Dunsmore as a waitress and a single mother who supplemented her income by working as a private investigator. Produced by Atlantis Films Ltd. and Invisible Ink in association with the CBC and B.C. Film, and with the participation of Telefilm Canada.

Shot in Vancouver, this series was an offbeat, satiric crime show featuring Sally Sullivan, played by Dunsmore, and her friend the private detective, Bernie Fox, played by Stuart Margolin.  Robert Ito played Brooks Monahan and Emily Perkins played Sally’s mother, Marie.

Margolin, whose claim to fame was his appearances as James Garner’s foil on The Rockford Files, also directed most of the episodes.
