Aired Wednesday nights at 9:30 from October 1954 to September 1955, then on Monday evenings in October 1955.

Like many of the early television shows, this 30 minute variety show was sponsored by Lever Brothers. It was a version of The Big Revue, on a smaller scale. Singer George Murray was the host, with regular vocalists Terry Dale, Phyllis Marshall and Wally Koster, and the Bill Brady Quintet. Jack Kane led the orchestra.
The summer version of the show marked the debut of two of Canada’s biggest stars: Denny Vaughan and Joan Fairfax. They both had successful variety shows on CBC television.
