1993

On May 28, Radio Beauséjour Inc. was given approval to operate a French-language FM community station at Shédiac. The new station would broadcast on a frequency of 89.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 38,000 watts. The antenna would be located on the CBC tower at Lutes Mountain. The station would not only serve the Moncton-Dieppe area, but also broadcast to the rural Francophone population of southeastern New Brunswick. 

1994

On May 27, CJSE-FM was given approval to reduce effective radiated power from 38,000 to 20,445 watts. The change resulted from a relocation of the antenna site.

2002

On June 3, CJSE was authorized to add a transmitter at Armor Mountain (Hill), operating on 101.7 MHz with an effective radiated power of 18 watts.

2003

By this time, CJSE-FM-1 Memramcook (Armor Mountain) was on the air.

2004

On July 23, CJSE-FM was given approval to operate a transmitter at Baie-Sainte-Anne, on 107.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 2,400 watts.

2005

On August 12, CJSE-FM-2 Baie-Sainte-Anne was authorized to increase antenna height and change the location of the transmitter site. The original transmitter site became unavailable and an alternate location was selected. 

2008

In November CJSE (CJSE-1 101.7 Memramcook and CJSE-2 107.5 Baie Sainte Anne) changed format from Adult Contemporary to Country.

2010

On April 13, the CRTC approved the application by Radio Beauséjour inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the French-language Type B community FM radio programming undertaking CJSE-FM in order to change the frequency of the transmitter CJSE-FM-1 Memramcook from 101.7 MHz (channel 269LP) to 92.5 MHz (channel 223LP). All other technical parameters would remain unchanged. The frequency change was necessary given the approval set out in Broadcasting Decision 2009-224 and corrected in Broadcasting Decision 2009-224-1, in which the Commission authorized CKDH-FM to use frequency 101.7 MHz in Amherst, Nova Scotia. 

2011

On August 31, the CRTC administratively renewed the licence for CJSE-FM and its transmitters CJSE-FM-1 Memramcook and CJSE-FM-2 Baie Ste-Anne to December 31, 2011. 

2012

On August 28, the CRTC administratively renewed the licence of CJSE-FM Shediac and its transmitters CJSE-FM-1 Memramcook and CJSE-FM-2 Baie Ste-Anne to March 31, 2013.

2013

On March 25, the CRTC renewed CJSE-FM’s licence to August 31, 2019. The Commission approved the licensee’s request to delete its condition of licence regarding the broadcast of Aboriginal-language music. The Commission also approved the licensee’s request to devote, each broadcast week, at least 8% of the musical selections broadcast to selections drawn from content category 3 (Special Interest Music).
