1964

CJRM-FM was licensed to operate an FM classical music station in Montreal. It operated on 98.5 MHz, with 100,000 watts of effective radiated power. It had no companion AM station, had a staff of only four employees, and with no news staff used local newspapers as its source for newscasts.

1968

After struggling for four years, with only a small listenership and many problems both financial and technical, the station closed in June. The call letters would later be used by a French-language Labrador City community radio station. Source: Wikipedia
