2005

On October 20 the CRTC approved the application by Kenneth Clarke Odland (OBCI) for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language low-power tourist FM radio programming undertaking in Wolseley. The station would broadcast a year-round tourist information service consisting of pre-recorded messages promoting tourist attractions and community events. It would also broadcast weather bulletins and forecasts, reports on highway surface conditions and other travel-safety information. The station would operate at 93.1 MHz (channel 226LP) with an effective radiated power of 43.7 watts. The licence would expire August 31, 2012.

Undated

CISE-FM began broadcasting.

2013

On November 21, the CRTC issued an exemption order for low-power radio stations that provided tourist information. It came into effect immediately. Licensees of radio stations that considered their operations to be eligible for exemption under the order could file a simple statement asking that the Commission revoke their licences.

2014

Highway One Travelers Information Radio Ltd. requested the revocation of its licence for CISE-FM, in order to continue its operation as an exempt undertaking. The CRTC revoked the licence on March 10.

2018

In the fall, CISE-FM and CISE-FM-1 (Caron) were removed from the ISEDC database which meant they were no longer operational. CISE operated with 44 watts on 93.1 MHz while CISE-FM-1 broadcast on 95.3 MHz with ERP of 34 watts. It is not certain when the Caron transmitter went on the air.
