Regular actors included Rick Green as adventurer Bill Smith, Patrick McKenna as Red’s nephew Harold Green, Jerry Schaefer as Ed Frid, Peter Wildman as Bud Sherwood and Peter Keleghan as Ranger Gord. Also ran as The New Red Green Show on Global, and part of the time on CBC. Produced by S & S Productions. 

The final original episode played on CBC on April 7th 2006, with repeats continuing for some time, and the series was also seen on PBS in the U.S.
