Aired Friday nights, for four weeks, from June 3 to June 24, 1977.

This musical variety series replaced the Tommy Hunter Show for four weeks. The hour long show was hosted by Colleen Peterson and Rick Neufeld. Neufeld led the Prairie Dog Band. Guests included Ian Tyson, Buck Evans and Roosevelt Sykes from New Orleans.

Shows were recorded in Edmonton, Alberta; Brandon, Manitoba; Banff, Alberta and Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Executive producer Marv Terhoch devised the series after the taping of a concert at Manitoba’s Stoney Mountain Penitentiary for the Winnipeg program, Points West.
