This half hour cooking show featured Mme Jehane Benoit, one of the most popular chefs in television. Mme. Benoit had published a very popular book about Microwave cooking, but this show was more of a back-to-basics program.
It featured two young apprentices to Mme. Benoit, Lisa Schwartz and Karim Kovacevich, who learned all about food and its preparation. The series was produced on Benoit’s farm in Sutton Junction, Quebec.
